El Dr. Jose Antonio Carro Alonso (adjunto MI) aporto más datos. Se hizo una broncoscopia con biopsias transbronquiales a distintos niveles y una colonoscopia con resultado de una masa ulcerada en ángulo hepático. Las imagenes anatomopatológicas las comentó la Dra. Ana Cuesta Díaz de Rada (R3 AP) en la siguiente presentación. Los diagnósticos fueron de sarcoidosis y adenocarcinoma de colon tipo mucinoso. No se pudo extirpar en la intervención quirúrgica y la evolución posterior fue rapidamente fatal por la neoplasia. La sarcoidosis no se trató.
