• B-lactams enhance vancomycin activity against methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus bacteremia compared to vancomycin alone.
• Laboratory diagnosis of clostridium difficile infections: there is light at the end of the colon.
• Effect of influenza vaccination of healthcare personnel on morbidity and mortality among patients: systematic review and grading of evidence.
